Course Description:
Deposit-Related Regulations for Consumer Lenders (Reg E and Reg D) course covers the provisions of Regulation E (Electronic Funds Transfer Act) relating to preauthorized transfers. Regulation D (Reserve Requirements) lists the Money Market deposit accounts and savings accounts and their restrictions on the type and number of transactions allowed per month including the May 20th, 2009 changes.

Audience:
Consumer lenders.
