Course Description: Electronic Fund Transfer Act - Regulation E was enacted to protect consumers from errors and fraud that could occur in these transactions. This course covers the requirements of the Act that apply to customer contact personnel. Audience: All levels of employees. Operations personnel who perform actual resolution for electronic fund transfer errors may need more in-depth training.
