Course Description: Reg Z Installment and Home Equity Loans (Closed-End Credit) describes closed end adjustable rate and fixed rate closed-end lending, including installment loans and home equity loans and the requirements for both. Audience: Branch staff (lenders, CSRs Call Center, personal bankers) who takes consumer loan applications or discuss loan products with consumers. For some banks, this course may also be applicable for tellers making referrals to the platform.
