        Training the Credit Analyst (2-Day Seminar) >

        This two day program is designed to provide lenders and analyst the tools required to understand and use financial information provided by borrowers. The key to producing high quality analysis is being able to understand the actions or inactions of your borrower’s management team. We then must be able to ask the borrowers the “Right” questions. The goal is to measure risk, develop loan structure, and the capacity to repay the loan. The Loan Officer/Analyst must be able to communicate that information to Loan Committee and the customer.         This two-day focused sales program will provide a refresher on products and services with an emphasis on electronic, card-based and trending products. We will review current industry pricing trends, packaging products, and tactics to differentiate commodity products. Participants will discuss the development of a sales strategy that includes segmentation by client sales size and industry type as a means to grow Treasury Management relationships and business deposits for their respective organizations. We will expand the participants' sales tool kit to grow existing relationships and generate new ones. Attendees will be expected to participate in a variety of inter-active exercises in small groups. The sessions are geared towards all bank business development and Treasury Management sales staff including, branch managers, commercial lenders, business development officers, and others who are responsible for new business client growth and relationship expansion. Senior Managers and Sales Managers who are responsible for business markets may also benefit from this program. More >
