      On Nov. 27, Act 90 of 2019 was signed into law, which provides a sales and use tax exclusion for canned software used for the business of banking, requires financial institutions to provide the Pa. Dept. of Revenue (DoR) with information about accounts of taxpayers subject to liens for failure to pay state taxes, and requires actions to enforce tax liens to be initiated by the DoR within 10 years.
