  1. Crisis Lead…

Crisis Leadership through Communication: A Model for Banking Today - Morning Session >

    Monday, April 6, 2020
    10:30 AM

    April 6th - 10:30 a.m. -  Complimentary Zoom Training (90 Minutes)

We can’t gather in a room. We can gather on the computer. Let’s spend 90 minutes together learning Best Practices for leadership communication in a crisis.

As a banker your job just got more difficult than ever. Your customers are asking questions that reveal their fears. Is my money safe? What if I don’t have cash flow to pay my loan this month?  Your employees are asking questions that demonstrate their nervousness. Do I have to come to work? Is my job secure? Is the bank okay? Your board is asking questions that indicate their shock. Does our disaster recovery plan apply? Can we withstand the uncertainty?

    WHAT ARE YOU TO DO?

The answer is not easy, but it is simple. You are to do what you can do. You can’t cure the disease and you can’t stop its spread. But you can help the people relying on you, be that your customers, your colleagues, your employees, or, if you are on an executive team, your board. You can do that through leadership communication.

Dr, Linda Eagle will lead us through a strategy for Leadership Communication in a crisis, specifically targeted at our current coronavirus environment. With specific standards and rules to follow, pitfalls to avoid, and a template for applying the strategy to your bank, Linda will provide the blueprint for your smart, successful leadership.

Growing your institution by converting more visits into sales, is more than just a sales number. To increase conversions and sales, you have to provide a consistent and unique experience for the client and the prospective client. The client of a financial institution is multi-connected to your company, more informed, and more demanding.

Financial institutions must overcome these challenges to become more "shoppable." Shoppability then becomes transforming the needs, wants, and desire of the client into a purchase through digital and human interaction. The ultimate goal is to delight the client by providing a great experience that provides expert advice and assistance, creates a strong sense of community, and an easy to understand and streamlined process. Our Zoom software enables us to offer this 3-hour program with an in-person experience. The program includes presentation, opportunities to ask questions, and discussions with your peers in discussion rooms.

Market conditions will provide more pressure on financial institutions to increase revenue with new client relationships. Onboarding should be one of the most important strategies to hit revenue goals for this year and next. Onboarding goes beyond the welcome letter and a one call follow-up. This three hour Zoom seminar describes low cost, winning approaches to client retention and cross selling additional products and services, even without a CRM or MCIF software or system.

If you are looking to create an onboarding program, enhance your existing program, or create an "intelligent system" then this webinar is for you. Our Zoom software enables you to have an in-person, seminar experience right at your computer. You’ll have a presenter, opportunities to ask questions, and group discussion rooms as part of the experience.

    Agenda
    • Is the first 90 days fast enough?
    • Who is your client, really?
    • A winning image
    • Cross-sell for increased wallet share
    • The most likely products
    • Onboarding metrics
    • Retail and commercial onboarding
